It's DeVere at Bournemouth you try to avoid (although it's all been quiet there of late). Truro should be ok, but there's no guarantees anywhere really. Litigation isn't without risk (to either side).Edensashes said:ok, so i have now received my Directions Questionnaire...
in the advice is stats "D1 = name of your local County Court – unless you are a Limited company, the case files will be transferred there. They will ask for theirs but protocol dictates it is your court. For example, MIL Collections always asks for Truro and Devere Parking always ask for Bournemouth. You, literally, do not want to go there."
however, Truro is my county court.. do I stay with truro or use one further afield? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Go back to that list you were following when you filed your Defence.Edensashes said:i have filled in the directions questionnaire and it tells me to return it to the court at the address shown on for n194a, I guess I physically send this, (not email) and a photocopy to BWLegal ??
Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list are well worth reading again.
Here they are...

hello again, i'm back...
ok, so, i've recieved a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing)..
From what i understand, i have to send another statement of all persons who are to give evidence... that will be just me, as my wife is disabled and too ill to attend...
So i guess i just send the same statement as from before...
And copies of all the documents i rely upon, so my V5 showing disabled, our BlueBadge (even tho it was not technically on show,) photo from disabled bay with NO Signs saying Blue Badge must be shown.. And text message confirming i paid to park overnight..
I have to type these out and send by post i take it??or can i email them
many thanks

You need to produce a Witness Statement - as described in the second post of the NEWBIES thread - not just resubmit your Defence.Edensashes said:

That's not the latest one we keep pointing people to since April. At some point I will edit that out, it's a bit of an old WS example of course, given the February new Code of Practice and what the DLUHC said about the false added DRA 'costs'.Read some live court threads (not old ones) and you'll see. Loads this week at the same stage as you, all being advised the same. Read them as if they were you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

On the forum. Seems as if you haven't read any other threads except the ones we are pointing out. The forum is here to be read.
Your thread sits next to others at your exact stage. Read them! There is no need for us to link you to just browse the forum.
My signature below even tells you where to click to get to page one of the thread list.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
