It's already been posted earlier in the thread  ^^^ that way (page 3). Or google finds the same address at

The e-mail is headed "Symbio Energy Limited - Final Bill for SExxxxxxx - October 2021" and in a blue panel the pdf says "Your Final Electricity Bill".   But I was with Symbio til the bitter end.

EDIT: received a cheque this morning (went from Symbio to PFP so not being supplied by EON).

it’s about £5 short due to Symbio’s fantasy reading but glad to have most of it relatively quickly.

Left Symbio 18 August for Neon Reef.  Got refund cheque from EON this morning for £373.  Exactly what the Symbio final bill said and a little more than my own estimate. A lot quicker than I had thought.

The Neon Reef switch to BG seems to be going smoothly so far.
