    *slinks in and sits down*

Thank you all for your lovely messages. I’m sorry it’s been so long since I last posted, I think it my have even been as far back as November…… and of course I have COMPLETELY lost all track of spending and spent FAR too much at Christmas and am really struggling to reign it back in. Have been really stressed and hormonal and busy with work, have had the children full time as their dad is away which I love just is a lot more stressful with kids clubs and feeding them!

Have taken some time out today to relax and try and bring my mind back around. OH is away until Sunday so I should have some time to get to grips with things. Really feel sick about how much money I have spent unnecessarily….. Going to catch up on the diaries too. Will be back later to chat.

Things I have done which have cost money:

spent a small fortune on the children and OH for xmas
Bought new equipment for work costing over £1200
Bought children much needed new clothes
Bought myself new clothes I’m now going to send back….
    Bought an air fryer
Been lazy with cooking and food.
Took children out lots in Xmas holidays
Buying ‘nice’ healthy food. Gosh pieces are crazy!

Have spent thousands I think, so I have very little savings left and I need to pay the tax bill and pay myself back all of the money that was for sending over to the mortgage.

Small business is doing ok, need to work things out but think I’m spending more than I’m actually earning. So need to see if I can earn any more.

I’ve been really tired and hormonal, think I am at that stage of perimenapause. I’m so tired all of the time, lethargic, have absolutely no get up and go, low mood and self esteem. I’m struggling to find motivation to cook anything that takes longer than 5 minutes to shove it in the oven. Living for the time each day I can sit down on the sofa and do nothing. Think a lot of that has spurred on the spending. So going to try my best to self medicate. Not sure how though. Have also been getting lost in social media rubbish, which isn’t helping.

    Things I haven’t done.

I was going to spend £400 on hair extensions….. and didn’t. I’m not even that kind of person but I’ve had to have my hair cut as it kept knotting itself up and it is super curly and takes forever to grow and I HATE it short. First world problems of course but all goes hand in  hand with my feeling the way I do.
I was going to buy £330 of gym clothes. But I haven’t, I bought £120 worth but sending £40 thing back if not all of it if I can find the bags they came in.

    And breathe.
