If you are already using it as body lotion you might as well use that as well on your face as a moisturiser rather than buying a separate item which is probably way more expensive.  It certainly does the job!

I use baby lotion as face moisturiser too, so much cheaper and I don't notice any difference between that and more expensive brands.

Ah you’re both great thank you. I can’t use it on my face unfortunately it gives me spots 🤷🏻‍♀️. Not sure why. I don’t use it on my body as much as I should, as it’s in the other bathroom, rubbish excuse, I’m going to get some more and actually use it. I’m going to continue to use Nivea on my face, actually take my make up off and hope that I start to look younger over night because of it 😁.

Managed to hide away most of yesterday which actually ended up being really relaxing. I still need to sort out my home timetable. I need to factor in:

    Childrens Quality time
    OHs quality time
    work
    self care
keeping on top of the house work
    training
oh and sitting down and drinking coffee!

Soo most mornings except Tuesday (where I’m out all day), until 1030 I’m running around after the children then have an hour of work. But both Wednesday and Friday I’m back at work at 2pm which doesn’t leave me much time in between. This is already getting confusing. I will write out fill timetables to see where I can fit all of the above in. It doesn’t help that I work Saturdays 8.30-3.30. I have learned to do something nice straight after work though as it makes you forget you’ve even been at work and makes for a much longer nicer weekend.

Morning, hope you’re all ok. Starting to get the holiday blues and haven’t even left yet, don’t feel like I’ve connected with OH as much as I’d have liked and the thought of going back to our crazy working life without making much money Is not the best thought. Trying to think of ways to change things.

Have just done something constructive and added pots to my monzo account, so I can split everything up. Still haven’t sorted out the best way to do things, to take the money out of savings to sort it all out early in the month or to just do it in dribs and drabs. It would be far easier to do it with savings. But it would eat them up, and often things change and I struggle to put things in pots as the money doesn’t always tally…. Hmmm more thinking needed. It would be wiser if I could move all of my DDs but then it’s done through the month so that I have enough money.

Ok so all of my DD amount to £1000 so I need to make sure I always have that before I move money from main account into different pots on Monzo. I need a new notebook to keep track. I love doing everything on paper, although I’m sure it would be more time effective to do it on the laptop.

Your life does sound so busy.

Don't forget to give yourself some downtime for you.

Thanks @RelievedSheff I’m trying. I’ve written a plan so far for my mornings and have actually written a sort of timetable for my day to see where I have spare time, to either chill out or do housework etc. Not to stick to it to the letter but to give me an idea when to do things.

Have just been speaking to my very MS friend. And she’s just got a deliver saver thing for her shopping. I used to have one years and years ago, when I was with ex and it worked out well. I shop at Lidl a lot now which is great but they don’t always have everything and I get lazy and go to the coop. I wonder if I can do every other shop with Tesco when OH pays and so the Lidl shop when I pay…. I’m going to try and steer us more veggie, using frozen veggie mince and maybe ‘chicken’ pieces if I can convince OH they’re ok, and they’re nice and cheap at Tesco. I could get cat food but they don’t seem to be doing the. If packs of 12 at the moment. I will look into this more.

So remember I was telling you about my next possible career and I didn’t think I’d made it through, well I’ve made it through to the final round. How I’m not sure. I’d convinced myself I hadn’t got through and that I didn’t want it……
    pay isn’t great though

    Well done.

I guess you need to decide if the pay is worth the effort and if the hours will fit around your busy lives.

Does the job come with any other benefits that make it more worthwhile? Good pensions? Health benefits?
