    @and21ob1 Are you perhaps confusing the 'Warm Home Discount' which is credit put on your electricity bills, with the recently announced rebate/discount on Council Tax bills for some householders, which is also £150 and being talked about at the moment?
    No, it appears that it will be a £10 increase from this coming October, but the way it is being spoken about it is as if that is the amount that can currently be claimed. Positive spin I suppose, same as the £200 loan to be paid back over 5 years
