I'm quite amazed as to how many people think a car thief will 'move on' if they want their car but can't clone the key remotely.
Perhaps they see the fact their car hasn't been stolen as proof their techniques work (which is evidently madness)
If there were no evidence of houses getting robbed quietly, or noisily, for keys I'd maybe believe them.

It'll prevent *some* depending on the car. If they are after that exact car, they are more likely to force access to the keys. If there are a few equivalent cars locally, or they are just looking for an easy theft, then any barrier will be enough for them to move on.

It's not a perfect solution, but presumably you don't just leave your keys in the car in case someone wants to steal it?

Is a Faraday pouch similar to a otters pocket?

You won't get an answer for a while - if it's only a temporary ban.  If permanent you might get a response from a different handle.

If the ban is for anything they have posted in this Motoring board then it seems like the snowflakes have come out in force - I don't recall them posting anything contentious.

If it's for something said elsewhere then - I've only really seen them post here. 🤷‍♀️

Dont actually take much for the ban and does not even need user complaints any more .
