Morning,
I have had a couple of pounds to pot, courtesy of them falling out of OH’s pockets and being left on his chair … 😀. (I did ask him first, and he’s happy for them to be potted.)

Hi Everyone
I've not had much change to pot lately as using cash card more. However I won £4 off 2 scratch cards I found at the bottom of my bag! The cash has gone straight into my pot

£250.00 added in January from a regular saver, I think this could be the last year I do regular savers as the rates are not that good. Unless they go up with the new interest rise announced.

That’s an interesting thought about regular savers @Westie983
They are very poor now aren’t they, around the 1 per cent mark. Not great with the way inflation is at the moment. I don’t see much around offering better though, so going to stick wit( them for the time being.
Had to raid one of my pots to get some change for the car park at the weekend and was pleasantly surprised with what was in there. Didn’t actually count it but it looked decent, particularly as I have more in my main piggy bank.

Westie, I just opened a flex regular saver account with Nati*nwide as they are paying 2.5% from this month. It might be worth investigating whether it would work for you.

If you haven't already seen, little_sweetie's, post, Westie, it might be well worth having a look at!!I think there are going to have to be a great deal of changes for an awful lot of folk from here on, the sooner the better for those that can!!Very poor times ahead for so many for folk eh, Ant, least of which is savings!!Sorry you needed to take cash from your pot, luckily T & I have a public gardens with spaces fairly near the local hospital, so when we needed to go yesterday it cost us nothing whereas it could have cost us up to £5!!I could say so much about hospital parking, but I daren't start or I'll rant on for quite a while!!! 😡Anyway, I'm pleased you've clearly a fair amount in your pot - keep it up Ant!!An excellent sum potted, little_sweetie, on what you managed to save at the weekend!!!A very wise move to Nat!!nwide too!!! It certainly does all add up!Have a lovely Tuesday folks. Good afternoon everyone,
Not much potting here, until the weekend when I did a big sweep and catch-up of various NSDs. I resisted a lunch out and had toast at home, so that was £10 saved. Plus all the sweepings from various accounts, I think that led to a little over £20 in the pot. Very chuffed!
I go on holiday at the end of the week and everything has already been budgeted for, so I (hopefully!!) won't tip into my every day bank account, so I anticipate a big sweep (ish) when I get home.
Have a good day!Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared7
