A very warm welcome to you, Hummingbird0_12 (011) 😊 it's lovely to have you with us. Have great fun saving!!. You'll find your No above as well as your the 2nd Post of Page 1. Please through the 1st post as it'll let you know exactly how to save with the challenge. We always empty our pots and declare what's in them in October, please make a note of this year's date: 27th October 2022.Please pop your SPC No on your signature as it's a great help to me. To do so please go to your profile Photo, top right, click then go to Signature Settings, lower and on the left, be sure to SAVE before fleeing! There was a right mess up when the last format changed! I could have used a different phase but the first word wouldn't have been allowed!! No wonder about your password, most of us had to change our passwords, and then again!!! 😡An excellent start, Kingfisher500!!! A really great beginning to the New Year, have a very safe, healthy one!!!!A very safe and healthy New Year to you also, dinglefoot!! Ooh wouldn't it be wonderful if Covid 19 and all its ugly variants turned its ugly head and went back to whence it came, I'd even wave it off goodbye - gladly!! 👋 🎎 It's taken far too many of the world. 😡How could you possibly have forgotten you lent your brother £40!!! 😮 Not to worry, at least now it's safely potted along with the other £7.30!!!Keep going as you are now dinglefoot and you'll hopefully have a nice lot in October! 😊Another really great sum, LMD!8p is certainly not to sneezed at, Nuiisit, though what a fruit cake's got to do with it - who knows! 🤔A very safe and healthy Happy New Year to you Vicky! 😊 WOW! I'm not at all surprised you're truly delighted with your latest potting adventures! Excellent adventure indeed!!!I can quite see how appreciated the lack of all that noise must be by both adults and children alike in the switch from the hall to the classroom. I can almost remember that clatter years ago! All the best with it.It must have been a mix up about your Paul and his children, little_sweetie🤔🧐 I'm very sorry to hear about your grandson, very sad indeed. Have you ever tried Zoom? It doesn't cost you anything unless you're going to be on there for yonks! It would help bring you closer with your granddaughter.Well done with the 30p and of course the 1p from G which you could NEVER refuse! 😁Look after yourselves. Thanks for Hummingbird's welcome, Ant, you're always so good at welcoming folk on or back to us.Great potting again!!An excellent start, Kingfisher500!!! Thank you for my lovely warm welcome! It feels so nice to be back! 😊 From what you said Sue it sounds as if a lot people had some issues with the changeover, the email that my account was linked to also conked out at around the same time so that added to the confusion!😬
Off to a dramatic start here...found a lovely coffee tin for the challenge but I hadn't realised it had a rough edge so I've just managed to cut my finger! Only a small scrape...please no-one else do that, eek!
On the positive side I've found another tin and have potted 47p xx

Not really potted much, waiting for surveys to pick up again. However I have spent A LOT! My boy needs glasses for close work, 1st pair free but 2nd pair £20. Had to buy a new stick blender as mine packed up after 20 years. Emergency dental appointment in the morning for a broken tooth which is £95 and eye test today resulted in 2 pairs of glasses needed and a bill of £265 🤦♀️ I now need a pair for longer distance and what they call an office pair for close work and the PC. Also I’ve developed astigmatism so no wonder I’ve been struggling as I have been told I’ll never get my current glasses to focus properly with that. At least the blender was only £11; pot of soup simmering so will try it out later.SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86[/COLOUR]:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; June 2025 £19,394.00 2025 OP £1589/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)3

An awe inspiring 2p from me today 😁😇😁.
One of the smaller people go back to school tomorrow. I think they're a little pleased. People their own age to speak to, and all that jazz 😂. I've got deeds of darkness to do tomorrow, so maybe I'll find some roadkill too 🍀🪙🍀.
Have to go and research places, who'll change the lenses in an old pair of reading glasses now. I know, I almost sound adulty 😇.
Happy potting you lot, hope you've all had a good day.

Hello all, potting away happily, our local pub that ran a savings club has stopped doing it so I'm putting that money in a seperate pot (so I know how much we would have saved with that)We had a lovely Christmas and a quiet New Year. I was so proud of DGS when we went to a Santa thing at Cannon Hall Farm, it's not far from where we live, DGS had a bag of feed for some of the animals and a little boy wanted some but the machine wouldn't take the £2 coin the dad had put in, said little boy was getting upset so DGS offered to share his with him, his dad said it was worth losing the money to see the act of kindness by DGS.Hope everyone is well and warm at the moment.Sealed Pot Challenge member 28

Hi Potters (what's left of it) 🙄let's have a great Thursday, but keep as safe as possible from that blasted Omicron! For any members who are poorly or low, here are some love and hugs to get your back soon. ❤️🫂Great potting one way and tother, dizzybee! Be careful of your pot whenever any others are about!! Great to have you back!Hi Hummingbird!! The problems here were colossal, though I don't think anyone else had email grief as well!A great start cash wise, though a warning to all to be careful of any rough edges on your pots!! XXWell done you, Jade!Flippin heck, Hetty, what an expense you've had to shell out all in one go, well almost!!! 😢 What a cost for the glasses!!!! Astigmatisms are a pest, although now I wear a pair of varifocals without any problem!! The astigmatism was some years ago so maybe that's something to do with it. Fingers crossed with yours!I hope that soups delicious! 😊A little or a lot, it'll still be better off in your pot!!I think most youngsters are glad to get back to school, nu1isit, they miss their pals a lot. Is No 2 still at school?Deeds of darkness??! Haven't a clue. Good luck with the roadkill!Well, I managed it without any problems, little_sweetie, have a read up about it, if you're interested.Hi Lucy and good for you on the potting front. It'll be interesting to see just how much you save with that alone. Don't forget to include it in your SPC Total! No wonder you were so proud of your DGS, bless him, an act of kindness indeed that didn't go unnoticed by the little boy's dad. 😊Oooh you lucky thing, scotmumof3 , it's been a while since I saw at least 1 £2 coin!! Ah, just noticed, they were silver coins, ah while at least I don't feel so bad now. 😉Keep well everyone.Have a really good Thursday folks, and STAY VERY HEALTHYand keep on potting/saving!!Sue xxNB Folks: The opening date for this year is 27th OCTOBER 2022
