If you have doubts, file and serve it now.GreatDriver said:Deadline should be written on a letter from CCBC but it haven't arrived. I tried to find it on forum but can't find a specific answer.2 -
Did you receive a form N152 or N149A with the N180? One of those forms gives the date by which the N180 must be returned.
https://www.moneyclaimsuk.co.uk/PDFForms/N149A.pdf
Words at the bottom of the N180: -Once you have completed this form please return it to the court at the address shown on the form N149A, notice of proposed allocation to Small Claims Track2 -
Maybe I was making it to complicate. I was thinking of another taxi driver who have some experience using that carpark.Coupon-mad said:I might get few persons as witnesses regarding issues with coming out of busy drop off area. Especially after you parked you might be blocked by cars coming and stopping in front of you. - Is it a good idea?Sounds like hearsay and speculation to me, not useful. You will be the witness.0 -
I have contacted CCBC, have time until Monday.KeithP said:

Doesn't the accompanying letter tell you that?GreatDriver said:How much time do I have to send my DQ to CCBC and claimant?
How much time do you need? Shouldn't take more than ten minutes to complete.
So print it , fill it , scan it, make PDF and email it.
bwlegal have few email addresses. On last document it is a personal email address at the front, but in DQ, section B it is a general dispute... email - shall I use the last one or, all of them is better?

They've got it before 16.00; just keep checking your MCOL status page to see when they officially load it to your account.3

Hello again.
So everything went well so far. Case moved to my town.
Now I have received 5 pages letter from Court with the date for hearing - end of April.
And letter from BW Legal offering me 25% discount.
I'm not quite sure what I need to do now. It says 'You must comply with terms imposed upon you by this order: otherwise your case is liable to struck out or some other sanction imposed. If you cannot comply ... before any deadline imposed upon you'
It will be Small Claim Track
Cloud Video Platform
Claimant has to pay trial fee. 'Unless they do by end of March , then the claim will be struck out ... and unless Court orders otherwise, you will be liable for the cost which defendand has incurred'
Then I found
The following Directions apply to this Claim:
6)Each party must deliver to the other party and to the court office copies of all documents on whicj that party inteds to rely on at at the hearing.
...
9) ... must include the statements of all witnesses (including the parties themselves).
Does it mean I need to write same thing I had written before filling the defence form?
Do I need to take photographs or make a video of how the place look like when it's busy?
Could you please help me explainig What is the most importand for me to do right now?
Thank you
