So in point #2 I admit I was the only driver during that period. I mention I was a taxi driver and was using carpark and drop off few hundred times a year etc
IS that correct?

1. Additional 60 pounds charge per ticket they call debt recovery costs.
Does it go well with  DEFENCE point 5 ? 

2.If I admit to be the only driver shall I still mention letters from debt collectors as a harassment or leave it?

3.Fact of time measured by camera taking photos in and out only and claimant treating it as a defendant's parking time shall be put in extra point or can be written in point 3 together with other things explaining how dropping off and collecting clients work?

I am little bit confused what to do now. 

1.Do I need to receive DQ N180 form from the court to fill in? How much time do I have  to respond? (Online it says DQ sent on 24th of November).

2.Only received 'Notice of intention to proceed' from bwlegal so far.

Got it.
I have now found letter from bwlegal dated 30th Nov delivered not directly to my address - DQ filled by claimant enclosed. 
How much time do I have to send my DQ  to CCBC and claimant?
I might get few persons as witnesses regarding issues with coming out of busy drop off area. Especially after you parked you might be blocked by cars coming and stopping in front of you. - Is it a good idea?

Doesn't the accompanying letter tell you that?

How much time do you need? Shouldn't take more than ten minutes to complete.

Sounds like hearsay and speculation to me, not useful.  You will be the witness.

Deadline should be written on a letter from CCBC but it haven't arrived. I tried to find it on forum but can't find a specific answer.

On the letter from Court ( 28 days back from yesterday) says claimant must contact within 28 days after receiving a copy of your defence. They did as they state in a letter from 30th of November. Do I have some time starting from yesterday, from the date of claimants DQ or from the date the DQ was sent to me?
