Yup, I got an email about 4 days ago even though in middle of a contact with Plusnet offering unlimited fibre 60MB at 23.99 so took it up - I rang because concerned in middle of contract but they honoured it Prob won't get the £60 cashback but this is higher speed and less amount than paying with prexisting contract.0

No fibre where I am, have Plusnet BB, no calls, don't have a phone connected to the line, was paying £19.99 for 18 months and they reduced to £17.99 for a year without my asking, happy with that and when we get fibre will probably stick with Plusnet.
Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama0 -

I have zero relationship of any sort with Cuckoo.I was just pointing out that this new provider is offering something that might appeal to the OP, given that the OP said:Aidanmc said:My broadband and phone package is up for renewal soon. The 'offer' price quoted by Plusnet is £35.40 per month for unlimited fiber and UK + mobile calls. If i were a New Customer to Plusnet i could get the same package for £31.41 + £70 reward gift card. Both offers for 18 month contractWould it be too much to expect as a existing customer, to get the same deal as a new customer?
Cuckoo's 'promise' is that everyone will pay the same price:"Prices may rise with inflation, but we'll always warn you in advance, and prices will always increase or decrease by the same amount for everyone on our flock."You'll never get a worse deal than anyone else. We promise."
It doesn't entiirely mesh with their "12-month price promise" - that the price for your broadband won't rise for the first 12 months. However the underlying premise of their offer is that they're not in the business of enticing customers with an offer price for 12 / 18 / 24 months, after which the price bumps up considerably. It seems to be aimed at people such as the OP who don't want to compare prices with other providers, haggle at the end of the contract with their existing provider, or otherwise switch providers every couple of years or so.
OP, depending on the broadband speed you require, as I understand it Vodafone would cost you £18 a month for broadband and £8 for Unlimited Landline calls, so a total of £26 a month. Not saying their customer service is great though, but cost wise, that sounds cheaper.

And by "reference", I mean refer to as in referring to a topic/subject. Before somebody starts misinterpreting that as well.
OP I just saw you negotiated down to £22, so you got a better deal than the Vodafone offer right now then. So that's good. Only thing I would say is that some of the providers like BT (Plusnet's parent) and Vodafone give a discount if you have your mobile with them as well. So it all hinges on who the "total" comes less with.1
