Does the current price affect the upcoming review of the price cap or has that largely been decided based on historical pricing? Is it set by a kind of 'pools panel' of experts or will it be set based on real world data/pricing at a point in the near future?

It's not just spot prices though, delivery for summer 22 and winter 22 are in the 230p range atm. At this rate next year is going to be really really bad.2
