Templates are not advocated here so not the way going forward. You have to read threads so you gain knowledge of the legal terms etc. It's like the school bully forcing someone to do their homework, and then on exam day, the bully knows zilch when the paper is turned over. It's understandable that you have little time when at home, but it will be more beneficial to you in the long run.

Of course you can defend yourself, you obtaiin that knowledge by sending a SAR, read this

I am just going to send my statements and hope for the best. I certainly do not have anywhere near 40 hours to spend on this. If thats the case I will just pay any cost for the CCJ to be removed.0 -
Think of this as a learning experience, ameans of acquiring a new skill. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

If there is no guide on what to do then I have no business here. I have absolutely no way of spending more time on this. I have lost my entire day today already and am none the wiser.
I have asked several very simple specific questions that no one is able to answer. I will try another forum and see what they say, if I can just pay my way out of this I will, I simply do not have the time involved to learn it myself. Thanks.0 -

I am remembering henrik posting a summary of what to do, this year. This is not what to do first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The 4th link in the newbies thread about the CCJ without your knowledge links to a comment which literally says:
"Two main choices. "With consent" set aside at £100 or "without consent" at £255. You get the money back if you win.
Or pay them if you don't have the time (and what they are hoping for)
If you have the time, go for the £255 option, and add on a claim against them for £750 for the abuse of your personal details. Ups the anti at a modest additional cost of £25"
You scolded me for not reading because I didn't ask for consent. Yet link 4 on the newbies thread for CCJ literally links this very comment.
It isn't clear at all and if you guys are saying no one can just tell you what to do, you need to learn it for yourself, that isn't possible for me if it can take upto 40 hours as suggested. If no one will give me any further direct help other then use the forum, I simply have no choice to go with what I have deciphered from my now two days / 7 hours of looking into it.
I have asked on other legal forums as well so hopefully someone will give me some more pointers, thats the best I can do. I don't have any free time sadly to do much more.0 -
I'm a lady but lots of new posters assume we are all blokes!
I am trying to stop you rushing this. A quick look at @henrik777's replies shows this from July:
