I've installed 'FreeOffice' which looks very much like Word etc. I haven't used it much as Office 2010 is still fine for my needs.

I got Office 2003 for 25p in a charity shop DVD 4-for-£1 today.
With a little download so it reads docx files it seems to work okay, albeit a bit retro in style!A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
