Yes, contact the office and ask if they can update CEL to cancel any PCNs in the pipeline. If the office is on site, get in there and be insistent.
What you DON'T do is let yourself be fobbed off. None of this 'appeal to CEL, they have an appeals service and there's nothing we can do' rubbish.
Whoever contracted this aggressive and greedy firm CAN cancel any PCNs for patrons.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've only just remembered that a few months back a new system came in place around the vicinity of the area where the sports stadium is ( also used for concerts etc )
The system is that residents who live around the area can park there unaffected at all times, but when there's an event on nobody other than permit holders can park there. Meaning anyone can park there providing there's no event on.
I assume, but may be wrong, that this is the case for the temple. When an event is on, you must not park there unless your going into the temple.
This is one of the signs down the road from the temple..

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Personally I think the clamping sign is a misguided idea from the Temple administrators and they are waiting for CEL to come and install their cameras and signage, nothing will/can happen until after that has been completed.Probably all prompted by the council putting restrictions on street parking which has probably caused them problems, but you are highly unlikely to get anything yet. When you took the photos did you notice any anpr cameras?3
