Unsure About Parking Rules

I started visiting a sikh temple last monday 4th in the early hours before 7AM ( I generally spend 30 mins most in there ) And only realised yesterday you need to put your reg details in.
I noticed yesterday that there is a sign up inside saying " Please remember to register your vehicle every time you visit " and a tablet similar to an iPad is next to it. The company is called " Creative Car Park "
There are no signs whatsoever inside or outside the premises that state anything about fines or anything about rules for that matter ( from Creative Car Park )
There is a sign on the front of the building put there by the people who run the temple that states that parking is only for people going into the temple and they have the right to clamp your vehicle.
I put my reg details in the tablet today and it said something along the lines of " We have issued a permit for your vehicle "
Does anyone on here have any idea what the purpose of the system here ? Also if I've been parking here since last Monday 4th, would I have received a fine by now ? As I read that the company must send you a ticket within 14 days. It's been 14 days and thankfully nothing.,
There is a large football stadium round the corner, this may have something to do with it ?
Thanks

You cannot be fined by a private company, for further information please read the newbies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

I've skimmed that thread but can't find anything relevant. If you could quote it for me that's great, thanks.0

Get photos of the site and signage in readiness for any PCNs that the registered keeper might receive.
Talk to the landowner/temple leaders and explain the situation. They should be willing and able to ensure the keeper doesn't get any PCNs, or can and will cancel any that do arrive.
Read the sticky thread Announcement for NEWBIES so you know what to do if the keeper receives any NTKs.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -

It's all relevant and will take several brews and a plate or two of biscuits before you start to understand all of it. At the moment a lot of it isn't relevant because you have yet to receive any charges, but you need top know what to do if/when you do receive any.I married my cousin. Well for a start under the protection of freedoms act 2012 they do not have the right to clamp your vehicle, and Creative Car Park who are BPA members would be beaten at POPLA on the lack of signage as no contract could be formed. It's all in the thread quoted above. As for:"Does anyone on here have any idea what the purpose of the system here" is a question for the people at the temple not strangers that don't even know where it is, whether anpr is installed, if there actually is any signage, whether the terminal is the first stage of the parking regime moving in before signage and anpr is installed etc etc.

There are no signs whatsoever inside or outside the premises that state anything about fines or anything about rules for that matter ( from Creative Car Park )It's essential you get your own photos of the entire car park to show that no Creative (aka Civil Enforcement Ltd) are there. You need to store them safely as the parking firm has 6 years to pursue you through the courts. Forget about 14 days, that's a technicality attached to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4) that parking firms are not obliged to follow. There is no 'loophole' that invalidates a private parking charge at first base. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
