    Good!

You are possibly late to send a SWS so do it THIS WEEK and keep it concise.  When's the hearing?

Be more robust - but concise - in your SWS and get the terminology right (for example, this is wrong):

    "the customer numbers don't match"

is there evidence/an example to refer to where it resulted in the defendant winning a case?
Yes, the case i gave you and I think Icleboy provided his claim number, court and hearing date.  If not, @patient_dream has it.
    The case is April 22nd
Plenty of time still then to file/serve a SWS surely? (I'm sure I've seen cases here where an SWS has been filed/served 7 days before a hearing).

Here is the link for my SWS.

I believe i probably need to reword some of the text. Is there a place of the net to access past cases based on dates or case numbers? I wish to use better examples of similar cases or word the examples you guys have given me better.

I also haven't mentioned that i received a costs breakdown from BWlegal a few days after we swapped WS. It is rather muddled with many different sections for all sorts of expenses which equate to over £800.
Yet they said in their WS that my costs are disproportionate as i copy and pasted everything from an MSE forum.

Haha, they would say that, wouldn't they?  You are entitled to use an expert parking forum, where else can a consumer turn?

Ironically their words about you using MSE are a template!  Choose a sentence from their WS that accuses you of not understanding your own defence and put a few unusual words from that phrase into the forum search...you will find those are template words.

Such an unprofessional company are BWLegal.

Show us the breakdown of the £800 and let MSE (US) show them the error of their ways.
Clearly they are reading this thread

What are the costs you are you claiming

They've listed costs to intimidate you.  Horrible, isn't it, the way parking roboclaim firms treat people?

They can't have such costs unless you behave wholly unreasonably.  They don't tell you that though.

  • I appreciate the comments. I'm not worried about their costs as i am confident in your support and my defence.

Did anyone manage to see my SWS and offer advice please? Also is there anywhere i can look over previous cases from county courts based on case numbers?

The only group of parking cases held is in the Parking Prankster's case law pages (Google for it but it's a few years old).

Can you copy and paste your SWS into a reply here, so we can see it easily rather than click on a link?  It also helps because we can then quote or copy and paste anything we think needs changing.

I did click on your link but as Coupon-mad said, please paste into your next post.

So, this is in Southampton court to which BWLegal has history in that court.
In one particular case Coupon-mad attended and the case was struck out for abuse of process. BWL appealed to the District judge and whilst the appeal ended up as a damp squib, doubtful that any judge in the area would use the words "abuse of process"  Suffice to say we do not use these words now but there are many others things to say that will lead to the same result

You say "confident in your support " that works both ways so the questions again are
1: A breakdown of the so called £800
2: What are the costs you are claiming
