As stated. you complain to YOUR MP.
Do I outline exactly what happened on the day of the alleged contravention? What do MPs do about these kind of complaints? Sorry to keep asking, not been in this situation before.
    1.  Yes
2..  I do not know, there are over 600 MPs
Thank you for all your help. I will go over the newbies thread and attempt to write up a defence and letter to MP.

Thank you everyone for today. I will post again once I have something written up.

    Hello again guy.

I filed the AOS on the 18th and have been going over a few things to file a defence. I attempted to get the photos that Premier Parking Logistics have but when I enter the details it says it’s been forwarded to the debt collector. I have a few screenshots that I took when I originally had the ticket but wanted to see all the photos they took.

Is there a way to request those?

I also came across a company that states it can write up and file the defence on behalf of the defendent. Reviews over on trustpilot are excellent. Is it worth using this type of service?

    Thank you.

You will get them all in your SAR we assume you've already emailed off.  As per the NEWBIES thread.

Nonononono.  And more 'no' don't touch it with a bargepole!

I've written your defence for you for free.  All you need to do is tweak the facts into it snd email it to the CCBC.  Not sure why you would look to pay someone to ruin the 99% chance of winning you have here with us?!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for the reply. Will be emailing the SAR request today. I had assumed the photos would already be on the original ticket so didn’t think to send one till I checked today.

    Thank you.

I sent the SAR with a cropped image of my name and address from my utility bill. They have replied today with this reply asking for more details. Do they want to see the whole bill?

    Just reply and say:

are you deliberately obfuscating because I already did!  Give me my SAR response or you will be reported to the ICO faster than you can say "I work for an ex-clamper firm and really need to look for a real job".

There really needs to be a button marked "do not post stuff like this when I am drinking my coffee!"

Do I need to tell them my car reg again? They should have it on file really shouldn’t they?

Also, i checked dcb legal for their email address as per the newbies thread but all they have is a form that you fill out on their page in the contact us section. Do I email them via that method? Thanks

You can use the form and yes you need to quote the refs from their letter, including your VRM.

So after sending the SAR request with the details they asked for I have heard nothing from them. I also contacted their solicitor who has not replied either.

I understand that they have up to 30 days to send the SAR so should I just write up my defence without those details?

    Thank you.
