Is that all they have? Have they provided a web address where you can login and look at all the evidence / pictures they have? If not, they have 2 pictures of a car that could be anywhere, doing anything lol{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}3

Those are either ANPR or CCTV pics of the car moving. Not parked.
Do you have Google location on your phone or a dash cam to prove where you were in between the 2 visits, as evidence at POPLA stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just to emphasise that these tickets do NOT have the force of Law. This is not like having the Police or some Government body taking you to court. THIS is a speculative invoice, nothing more. It is produced by a company whose sole aim in life is to bully people into handing over money. You do not actually owe anything unless a Judge says that you do. These scammers can be beaten , so take a deep breath and listen to the experts on here.simon1138 said:Thank you for your help with this, I do appreciate it. I Have not been able to sleep and have had a cold sweat most of the night, I don't feel able to eat either. I have tried to understand what is required and follow the instructions as best I could. I did mention the double dip, ANPR and orphan images in my appeal. I mentioned it to the BPA when I asked them for help. The photos look like my car in two different parked positions. When I called the manager of the car park I mentioned ANPR cameras and their faults. His tone was aggressive and he was short with me. The people at B&Q responded by repeating a prepared message and showed no interest in helping, even though I tried to explain the situation with the cameras. Today I will try B&Q again, the manager of the car park and the BPA.The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2 -
Please tell us that you understand how insignificant this is.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Hello,
I don't have the google maps activated, there was no timeline or history. I was thinking about requesting access to the CCTV which I think I can get. I am not sure if that would be useful. It would show that I was in the shop twice at around those times.0 -
You can't get access to the CCTV if there is any. That might be an ANPR camera but either way it doesn't belong to the shop and you can't get access to footage.
This is so simple to resolve simply by not blabbing about who was driving and saying it was a double visit and giving the ex-clamper chancers the approx times to check for orphan images.
And telling them the BPA have started an in investigation,
That was all you needed to do.

As insignificant as this is to others, I have never had to deal with this before. I don't like the idea of giving money away to what I believe are thieves. Also, being accused of something that I did not do and the possibility of going to court as a result of not proving my innocence. The idea of the CCTV footage from inside the shop, showing I was in there around those times, twice in one day as evidence that I was there twice but for short periods.
Should I now amend the appeal with the part about the BPA investigation, which isn't real. I can not remember what I sent them about myself possibly being the driver. I remember putting in my name and copy/pasting about ANPR, double dip and orphaned images. When I am in this state focus is difficult. I have felt sick since last night, shakes and don't want to do anything. I have just been onto B&Q about trying to complain, they want to open an account with me to log the complaint. Now I am paranoid about them working with the parking company.0 -

Very few of the people who come here have. Many do not even understand Civil law. However EVERTHING you EVER need to know is a few clicks away on a search engine. It is incredibky small beer.
