You know what your case is and shouldn't have used the template in your situation. This was the LAST one to use a template for given the issue, it was a simple one to appeal and kill.
No idea why you want to name the driver now, stop believing everything they say.
Simply reply and say the driver won't be named but in fact this was a double visit (ANPR error) and the BPA are aware, have opened a complaint (ref xxxxxxx) and are waiting to see how PP handle the appeal.
If you have evidence of the double visit provide it, I can't recall if you have. That's how you should have appealed. Put it right now, without saying who was driving. Your appeal should have been:The driver parked in b and q car park twice in one day, at different times with no more than 30 minutes max each time. I got a letter with two pictures both from different angles, saying the car was parked for 2 hours and 59 minutes in total in the car park, which it was not.PRIVATE 'PCN'? i have sent off my name and address
i have no idea who you are speaking to about these things but the people i have spoken too are all in favour of the parking company. the bpa did nothing.0 -
You gave them the driver's details - why?
And you haven't told them it's an ANPR error even though that is what will cause them to cancel?
We do these appeals and complaints all the time. I've been on this forum well over a decade, other regulars similar stints. We know what we are doing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Simon, you need to understand that the people you are dealing with are scammers and lyers and will do anything to get money out of you. The people on this forum know what they are talking about and their only motivation is to help you. Please listen and take their advice.{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}2

I am not sure that naming the driver matters in double dip cases. The claim should fail because the ANPR failed. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

Thank you for your help with this, I do appreciate it. I Have not been able to sleep and have had a cold sweat most of the night, I don't feel able to eat either. I have tried to understand what is required and follow the instructions as best I could. I did mention the double dip, ANPR and orphan images in my appeal. I mentioned it to the BPA when I asked them for help. The photos look like my car in two different parked positions. When I called the manager of the car park I mentioned ANPR cameras and their faults. His tone was aggressive and he was short with me. The people at B&Q responded by repeating a prepared message and showed no interest in helping, even though I tried to explain the situation with the cameras. Today I will try B&Q again, the manager of the car park and the BPA.1

I did mention the double dip, ANPR and orphan images in my appeal.Ah that's good. We thought you hadn't.
But you did not have to reply to their begging letter asking who was driving. Stop treating ex-clampers with such respect as if they are a normal company, this lot have been named and shamed in Parliament before!
Odd that you think the images show parked positions though. If so, that's NOT ANPR. Can you show the images with your VRM blacked out?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You are aware I hope how insignificant this is in the grand scheme of things. Over 8 million such tickets are issued each year. What would happen if eeryone who recieved one acted thusly? If you have been accurate in your description of the circumstances you are on a certain winner here, prepare to kick some @rse.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -

both pics, i imagined they were parked. maybe they were moving0
