Update:

After complaining and resending the N180 form they’ve now filed the DQ and sent me a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings. 

I believe I now just wait for the court date and start preparing my WS?

Update on the progress:

I’ve now received the court date in May and need to work on my witness statement. I will put it up once it’s all complete, would appreciate any guidance. 

I hope you’ve all had a good Christmas and New Year.

WOW ... MAY ?   The courts must be clogged up with all the rubbish parking claims

Hi everyone 

it’s been awhile since I’ve posted. I hope you’re all well. I’ve been dealing with quite a lot of family health issues lately. Nan had a stroke and we had to spend couple of months in and out the hospital. Sorry. 

Update: 

I’ve worked on my witness statement in the meantime but couldn’t put as much effort therefore I’m going to speed it up a bit and concentrate on it more within the next week or so. 

Could you give me a heads up if there are any changes in the system or should I stick to what I’ve learned from you so far? 

I will put it up soon for your advice.

I’ve had a quick glance at both discussions thanks. I will read them more thoroughly at night. 

Thank you for your fight and win against the fake added costs. 

I think this also made them panic thinking they should just push all the claims before even more changes and as a result they sent me more LBC for other tickets I was not aware of. Oh dear oh dear. They’re tiring me out but I won’t give up. 

Can I use this against them at court as as far as I’m aware they should of put all the claims together??

Yes, they should have consolidated all PCNs into one claim but only mention other PCNs if there are two 'live claims' which is an abuse of process.

If so, mention the other claim numbers in an early paragraph in your WS and use the wording found when you search the forum for Henderson cause of action estoppel.

I’ve received the Letter Before Claim for several others few days ago I didn’t even know existed. Do they qualify as ‘live claims’ or is it live when it’s taken to court?
