    Hi everyone

Could you guide me about the SAR request I’ve sent 6 weeks ago and still no reply.

I’ve written a reminder email finishing with

“…… you have further 7 days to reply to my email with all the information requested in my letter. In the event of no reply to my SAR…

what do I mention here I’m stuck. What can I ask for if they don’t reply in 7 days?

(😔 sorry a bit overwhelmed at the moment but still holding)

    Thank you.

Yes email a SAR reminder to the DPO at the parking company , UK CPM , giving 7 days to reply , mention that no reply will result in a written complaint to the ICO

If they fail to comply , report them to the ICO for breaching the GDPR , check the ICO website for details

Hi everyone. I hope you’re well.

I might be rushing again I know but is it normal that even though I’ve sent the DQ form-by email 10 days ago it’s still not logged in on my MCOL account? 🤔

    Thanks

Why not phone the CCBC, number on your Claim Form, and ask them what's going on?

Not normal , no !!  Did you get the email auto receipt reply after you emailed the defence ??

Email it again , with a reminder stating when it was first done , mentioning the email auto receipt if you received it , but phone and complain anyway

To which e-mail address did you send it, check in your sent box and make sure it was the same as the one you used for your defence.
