Thanks, I will starting preparing. Thanks for correcting me!
When you do or if you have, received a County Court Claim Form, post the date of issue and then @KeithP will give you your deadline for submitting your defence.

Could you please help me to prepare myself for my defense, any link or templates would be extremely helpful.
Yes, I can help you with that.

Go back to the first reply you ever received on this thread where the suggestion was to send a SAR and how to do that.

That post where you found the SAR guidance is the one you need to be reading for everything about preparing for dealing with a court claim.

    And as I said before...

    Thanks ton !
No, I haven't received Court Claim yet, but wanted to prepare myself in advance.

Even if you were to receive a Claim on Monday it would be well past January before any court hearing will take place.

However, you may well receive documentation from the Claimant and the court that must be responded to by fixed deadlines. Will someone we able to open you mail in a timely manner while you are away?

Well before the time of any court hearing you will be able to give the court dates when you are unavailable.

You can download the n180 DQ pdf , fill it in so it's ready to be emailed to the ccbcaq email address plus claimant or their lawyers at the correct time , you specify your unavailable dates in it , but a hearing would be in spring or summer 2022 anyway

My friend whom I went to visit have received response from UK CPM(he had sent an email with PCN reference requesting them to get it cancelled)
To discuss this parking charge notice, we would need confirmation from the liable party that you are able to discuss the parking charge notice on their behalf.
Details that should be included within their email is confirmation of their full name, full address and vehicle registration as stated upon the charge and confirmation of authority to discuss.
Confirmation must be signed off by the liable party in order for us to ascertain its legitimacy.
Once we have received this, I will do my utmost to assist you further
Should you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Any suggestions please ? Should I provide them all the details ?

A person acting for someone else must have that person's permission , if my wife wants me to talk to her insurance company about something , the phone goes back and forth !

So yes the defendant must give their permission , it's data protection , part of the GDPR and privacy laws

I have no idea why you or the friend are engaging with them , not at this stage

    It's like a Thomson's gazelle talking to a cheetah up close. !

I was trying to get PCN cancelled though, yes you are right. I should be careful at this stage and focus on preparing defence letter.

I doubt that the parking company will cancel it , it's gone too far , with a court claim , getting it cancelled expired months or years ago !

A landowner cancellation may work , but be careful with the words being used , too many people blow their own toes off !
