Need help for ignoring Parking tickets and responding to letters

1) Ticket was issued in last year in June (Permit Badge was not displayed), they issued PCN on car's windshield.
2) Next day I appealed on C P M UK Car Park Management's website mentioning that Badge had fallen on the floor in car and I had attached Permit Badge with the appeal, I got automated response from them that they will reply in 35 days for my appeal, but never received any response.
But, mistakenly I had selected option which says ""I was the keeper of the vehicle stated, but the vehicle was in the possession of the person names below".
3) I ignored all the letters from C P M
4) A month ago I got the letter from Gladstone that I owe them money, and if I don't pay them then they would go to court.
5) I sent them an email to enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk asking for all the documents (I got automated response) which they have against me, in addition I sent hard copy of this email and Reply form to their address. I had requested that I am seeking debt advice and I need more time.
6) Gladstone has sent me with the Reply Form and asking me to fill in about my family, earnings etc.....
All these things are fairly new to me, I need your help and guidance as what should my next step be ?
Should I ask them again about the information or evidences they have against me on enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk or should I send them again hard copy ? Is there template which I could use ?
Should I fill in Reply form with Box D (I dispute the debt) or Box I (I need more documents or information) mentioning about the evidences they have against me ?
Thanks
Dave
Thanks

Read the guide to court in the second post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES. This is a step by step guide written by bargepole that takes you from LBC to the court hearing.
Send an SAR as per the NEWBIES to obtain the data the PPC holds about you.
Do not fill any financial forms. This is explained in the guide.
What happened when you complained to the landowner?
Where did the alleged event occur/what type of car park was this?
Have you complained to your MP about this unregulated industry?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
- Thanks "Fruitcake", I will go through the post and if there is any confusion then would seek your help.
- I didn't complain to anyone, but my friend whom I visited said to me that nothing is mentioned in his tenancy agreement.
- This was a visitor's area for a building with apartments where my friend lived, and as per my friend's guidance I parked my car in visitor's area for that specific flat.
- This is what I had mentioned in the appeal to C P M, but unfortunately I don't have any proof for that appeal, should have taken screen shot.
- I haven't complained this to MP, I didn't know that I could do this.
Thanks
Dave

Get a copy of the tenancy agreement , plus pictures of the signs etc
Email. SAR to the DPO at UK CPM and attach a copy of your V5C as proof of I D under the GDPR law to obtain all your data
Do not fill in the financial forms , but do email a 30 days notice holding letter to Gladstone's whilst you seek debt management advice
Complain by email to your local MP regarding this topic , the dhulg ( formerly the Mhclg , now under Michael Gove MP , are assessing the changes to arrive next summer
Prepare yourself for a court claim next month1 -
In "own space" events, admitting to being the driver can be an advantage. Read these,

google "primacty of contract" and complain to your MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
Thanks Redx and D_P_Dance for all the responses.
Could I get some examples or templates for preparing for court claims, may be from some previous cases !
Thanks

Yes , by using the search box and reading ongoing and previously completed cases , nothing better than reading what others are doing or have done, for a start , try those discussions where we have added a famous record by Queen
Hint , the title is ( duh duh duh ). ,. AOBTD !!2 -
For info:-"...... formerly the Mhclg....."Per website:-"Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government is now called Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities" - DLUHC4

What does "levelling up" actually mean? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Apologies for asking silly question:
On UK C P M's website there is nothing mentioned about the communication email, just mentioned sales@uk-cpm.com and info@uk-cpm.com.
These emails have only automated responses, and will not be useful.
Should I send them SAR letter by post mentioning that this is for DPO and requesting all the relevant document/evidences I have.
Thanks in advance!0
