    "Hi Helen"... "Kind Regards".

What sort of business letter starts and ends with that sort of familiarity?

Next time... "Dear Sirs" and "Yours faithfully".
    Ohhh.
As you gave me a name I thought it was polite to quote.
Also she signed of Kind Regards. Was not taught very well was I?
Please do as Keith says.   These people are not your friends, they are only after your money.

Even if she said Kind regards, it just shows the pure ignorance of this firm.

Given the poor reputation of Gladstones, I suggest if you do contact them, you keep it simple, no big words, or anything that might confuse them

As you already know, their LOC is a fabrication with the fake £60 added

Sadly, Gladstones seem to relish being spanked in court. PCM are big boys now and certainly know it could well be another bad day for them

Please note I am out of the office on Maternity Leave until January 2022. My emails will not be monitord, please telephone the office on 01565 755 088 or email enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk

Helen Sidhu is one of the 3 SRA regulated solicitors at Gladstones.

    Can't even spell 'monitored'

What sort of tin pot organisation doesn't even monitor emails addressed to a solicitor while they are away on materinity leave? (don't answer that, I already know the answer!).

Don't hold your breath waiting for a response, JLGD (principal @ Gladstones) probably has his mind elsewhere at the moment - see this: (certainly tomorrow anyway!)
