How long have people been “pending” for? 7 weeks for me now, has anyone actually had a confirmation that their application has been accepted?

Still pending after 10 weeks; no contact since the email confirming submission of application.

Email received yesterday, confirming approval of application, and that the money has been credited to the account. :)

I'm so pleased - Is that four from this wee group now with good success?   I received an email quite late yesterday afternoon confirming that they had all my documentation now and said that they can now start the verification process.

Did you all receive an email letting you know that your payment had arrived or did it just arrive in your account?

All the best - keep even warmer at home during this really cold spell.

For me, the email confirming acceptance also confirmed the credit on the account.
The only other email that I received was the original one confirming that the application had been made/received.

I get enhanced PIP, both parts, and when I clicked on apply it didn't give that a person claimed PIP only things like pension credit, JSA or universal credit.
I emailed them to ask why they haven't put PIP in the list and I am awaiting their reply.
Someone please tell me what money is

    Broader group eligibility

It’s harder to qualify for the broader group. To be in the broader group, you have to be receiving certain benefits which vary by provider.

To qualify for the Octopus Energy Warm Home Discount, at least one of the below should be true:

    • You receive the Savings Element of Pension Credit only
    • You receive Council Tax Reduction (excludes the 25% single person’s discount)
    • You receive Income Support
    • You receive Income-based or Contribution-based Job Seeker’s Allowance (JSA)
    • You receive Income-related or Contribution-based Employment & Support Allowance (ESA)
    • You receive Working Tax Credit
    • You receive Housing Benefit with a total annual household income of £16,190 or less (before tax and National Insurance)
    • You receive Child Tax Credit where the award statement shows a total annual household income of £16,190 or less (before tax and National Insurance)
    • You receive Universal Credit, and have an earned income of between zero and £1,349 in at least one of the twelve preceding assessment periods
    • Your total annual household income is £16,190 or less (before tax and National Insurance)

    AND one of the following:

    • You receive Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
    In Progress!!!
  • How long is everyone waiting for WHD payment after applying, mine has been over 10 weeks and still saying pending.
