They do the in batches I recieved mine some time ago now (9 December) or did take over ten weeks

I applied on the 2nd November, but it’s still showing as ‘pending’ 😣

I applied for mine in November, or thereabouts and it's still pending, When I applied I couldn't get it to accept PIP so I contacted Octopus and they did it for me.

I appiled via the Broader Group criteria (which I have qualified for in previous years with another supplier) on 25th October but since then all my account has said is Pending. I did try to get an update a couple of weeks ago but just received a reply telling me the same info as their website and that if I qualify it will be added by 31st March. Doesn't help when you don't know if you can turn the heating on or not!

That’s also my situation  
It’s very frustrating.

Very happy to report that I had an email earlier and yes the £140 is now showing on my Octopus account!

Hope others who are still waiting get good news soon too.

I am also very happy to report that I too have had an email today - and the credit is also showing on my Octopus account
I’m relieved because the beginning of February is often when we get snow here, so at least I know now I can put the heating on for a bit longer if needed.

Hope anyone else still waiting gets their soon too 🤞🏻

I'm also delighted (applied to Octopus for Warm Home Discount Broader Group in October) to have received confirmation yesterday and £140 added to my account yesterday.

It is hugely welcome and I hope it's  not long before others still waiting  hear also receive good news - it makes such a difference.
