Good morning lovelies,
We had a lovely morning out yesterday at the library, then the lazy afternoon which was much needed as DS cold is really heavy. He was fast asleep by 6.15pm last night and, barring a comfort break at 2.30am, he slept for 12 hours solid.
This morning I have fed everyone, S&S the bathroom, unloaded the DW and filled up yet another bag of out grown clothing, this time of school uniform to donate to the uniform exchange. Lovely butchers gammon steak, fries and sweetcorn for dinner.
I really could do with lots of FL vibes and general positivity sending my way next week if anyone has some spares xx
Love and hugs to you all xx8 -
Sending you all the positivity I can muster ASB.
Front grass is cut of a fashion, looks a bit hacked but will have to do.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
It’s just about morning still…
Wandered through the WAC for most of the night - at least that is how it felt. Consequently I was out of bed a bit later than intended, then a friend dropped in for a cuppa, so I am only just really getting going.
Wm has done its thing, washing out in the sunshine. It’s a beautiful day out.
HHI cleared.
Dw emptied.
Past its best sweetcorn prepped, it will become soup and maybe fritters or scones later.
It seems that DH and I have been married for 29 years today. Eekkkk 😱 whoever would have thought it.
GWS vibes to all poorlies and under the weatherers.
Bucket load of vibes and positivity heading to ASB.
Love heading out to everyone else, you are all amazing xx7 -
Happy anniversary Fayolle.
Second wash load in machine and homemade tomato soup with the last of the tomatoes from the garden simmering away on the hob for our lunch.Spend less now, work less later.7 -
FL vibes and many +++++ for ASB
Merry WA Fayolle!!
How are everyones poorlies (fluffy, human, feathery, scaley.. all of them!) getting on? I hope everyone is home and mending now xx.. It's been a hard run for so many recently.
I gave in this morning, when I woke up and couldn't open my right eye because my head hurt too much and took the migraine meds. I haven't used them before but my head feels so much better.. I still have a dull pain just noticable but I can sit up so am dressed and about to do lunch. I may be able to get the 3 smalls bathed too I hope. Next time I am going straight in with the big guns.. I do not need another 5 days of brain pain!
Washing needs to go out and I need to wash the swimming gear.
I have to print off squeaks worksheets for the week, sort her handwriting sheets and assign her new activities for her science. We need to get to the library for library cards but OH is taking Boog to an appointment tomorrow so I may have him drop us off so we an get them then and he can meet us when he is done, I'm sure we can browse the library for an hour with no difficulty whatsoever!
Gammon to fling in the sc for tonight with minty new potatoes and pasta and whatever for the girls and bolognese to make for tomorrow .. unless I decide on mince/mash, OH is off tomorrow so he can mash. Pack ups to make too.
Write a phonecall list for tomorrow 3 relating to Dots EHCP, 1 for assessment, Drs for Meem and maybe me usless I am still too angry to be rational. sort cooker repair hopefully. Then the emails!
I am not going to get any flying done by the looks of that.

Hi all
Busy day, garden blitzed, car load of rubbish taken to the tip, hoovered through, one load of washing dried outside, clean washing put away and a couple of shirts ironed, finance spreadsheets done, freezer inventory updated and mealplan done.
Need to mop kitchen floor but will wait until DH finishes whatever he is doing outside. Have also just realised that we need to finish DHs month end accounts but I am going to have half an hour of relaxing on the sofa first.
Lots of positive vibes coming your way ASB x
See you on the new thread!7 -
Hugs & posi-vibes sent in abundance to ASB. Happy anniversary Fayolle!
I managed just over an hour at the allotment eventually. I cleared 1 1/2 pumpkin beds. All of the compost bins are completely full!
The wardrobes have been 3mptied and dismantled. Fingers crossed that they will go back together again & stay up!! 🤞 The last of the furniture will be moved tomorrow, and the old carpet pulled up. New carpet is being fitted in the afternoon - hopefully nearer 12pm than 6pm!! If I get a chance I will tidy in the garden. We also need to do a food shop & a tip run. Busy busy busy!!
Night night everyone & see you on the new thread!6 -
