Not really.  Just means they have a further eight currently dormant and if they didn't include them in the claim, they can't claim them.
Ok so just go ahead as normal?

They do have pics of all 27 in zip folders that have been sent to me, would they have sent 2 claims or something? Do I need to look out in the post for the other one?

    6. It is the Defendant's position that this amounts to serial predatory ticketing of residents and their visitors/carers.  The Claimant is put to strict proof of each parking event in terms of allowing a fair consideration period and should provide a witness statement from that person.
    What person?

Hey, the guy who issues the ticket.

But, the defence doesn't state that.  If you haven't submitted it yet, maybe you could make it clearer for the judge.

    Hey,

I've sent my defence off, thanks again for everyones help.

Do I need to send a copy to UKPC? I read on another post about someone doing that but my brain is frazzled and I can't remember why or where I read that (I am very aware all of your brains must be way more frazzled haha)

Not legally, but it's suggested to do so such that the claimant knows that the claim is defended. :) (It doesn't change any timescales though - the 28 days clock for the C doesn't start until they receive your defence from the CCBC).

But obviously you don't send anything to UKPC themselves.  You know this, from your claim form..
Would I send it to their solicitor then if not UKPC?

    Thanks

Just following up as there is more to do after defence stage and this was nearly 6 months ago.

Do you have a court date yet?  Need help with your WS and evidence?  Read a few Feb/March examples because things have got better!

Did you see the new statutory Code of Practice last month has banned add-ons because the DLUHC says they were 'designed to extort money from motorists'?

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
