They do have pics of all 27 in zip folders that have been sent to me, would they have sent 2 claims or something? Do I need to look out in the post for the other one?

But, the defence doesn't state that.  If you haven't submitted it yet, maybe you could make it clearer for the judge.

Hey,

I've sent my defence off, thanks again for everyones help.

Do I need to send a copy to UKPC? I read on another post about someone doing that but my brain is frazzled and I can't remember why or where I read that (I am very aware all of your brains must be way more frazzled haha)

Not legally, but it's suggested to do so such that the claimant knows that the claim is defended. (It doesn't change any timescales though - the 28 days clock for the C doesn't start until they receive your defence from the CCBC).

Just following up as there is more to do after defence stage and this was nearly 6 months ago.

Do you have a court date yet?  Need help with your WS and evidence?  Read a few Feb/March examples because things have got better!

Did you see the new statutory Code of Practice last month has banned add-ons because the DLUHC says they were 'designed to extort money from motorists'?
