Just to get the ducks in a row.You say they are for a residential car park.Do you own or rent the property?Does the lease/rental agreement state you have access to a parking spot?Do you have property management agents and what have they said about the parking penalties?“You’re only here for a short visit.

Ok, will do, this makes sense!Redx said:Read or better still print the acronyms in post 5 of the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements
SAR & DPO are explained there , add an unredacted picture of the claim form to the request too , as proof of I D under the GDPR law to obtain all your data
Thanks for the information so far , very useful
Is a SAR a standard form I can find online or do we have a template on here?
Is there a DPO email for UKPC or send to an 'enquiry' email address on their website?
Just to say - I am not being lazy by asking about the SAR form haha I have looked at some threads but just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing, don't want anyone to think I'm slacking because I really appreciate this help.1 -
Those two questions are easily answered by reading the first few paragraphs of the second post of the NEWBIES thread.Albie234 said:Redx said:Read or better still print the acronyms in post 5 of the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements

The SAR template is linked in the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , probably based on the legal beagles template , nobody else seems to have trouble finding it and using it
Use the email address on the UKPC privacy page , all companies have those details on their privacy webpage

I did own the property while the fines were issued, but that property has since been sold.
I bought the property with my sibling which we did have 1 allocated parking space (fob entry)
I have contacted the housing association who own the land and am awaiting a call back from the property manager (as this property was within a new build flat)
The parking spot in question was an unallocated/unmarked spot at the start of the car park which when we first moved in I was under the impression it was 1st come 1st serve due to it being un allocated and my sister was working shift work I would let her use the allocated space, then the tickets came flooding in...and all the other many many letters over the last 5 years!1 -
Do you have any pictures of all the parking signs that were within the compound etc?
