You don't have much time to file a Defence.
Suggest you concentrate on that in the first instance.2 -
Attempt to obtain a financial advantage by false representation. It's Sec 2 chpt 35 Fraud Act 2006. If they said private land, that's false. If they alleged authority, that's false. It is FRAUD. Please report it, like I did. The more it's reported, the quicker we rid this country of companies like these. Report to www.actionfraud.police.0

I have explained this. If they have cited 'private land' that is the false representation. It is NOT private land. They are trying to get money from you on that premise. It is FRAUD. Have you got an NTK with 'private land' cited?0

I am posting my NTK. Its not exactly ''private land''. Its ''Privately operated access Roads''

Have you used a template for logging this as Fraud? I will be reporting mine but not sure what I need to include. My case is exactly the same as DoomTrooper but I'm now waiting for a date for Hearing in St Helens!DisruptiveLad said:Attempt to obtain a financial advantage by false representation. But LJLA is a prive land - owned by Ancala 45%, Peel Group 45% and Liverpool council 10%... so where is false representation?1 -
There isn't. And never use the word fraud in submissions to a county court.Doomtrooper said:DisruptiveLad said:I have explained this. Recently I have won VCS No stopping case. Judge awarded me around 100£ of attending to court costs. It passed around 1 month and I still dont see payment nor cheque.
I have emailed VCS litigation department,no reply to this day. Tried phone them, no one answers. Does anyone has an idea how to deal with this problem?
