Hello back everyone

Recently I have received LBC in regards to my old PCN from 2018. I have already sent SAR request and used form on DCBL on their website to in regards to debt advice.
I have also went through newbies post and now I continuously gather information. Just want to create my own post in case  of preparation my own Defence. Since English is not my native langue its really hard to go through this legal jargon. Appreciate for any help in advance.

Read the other VCS airport discussions on here , newish ones are mainly JLA , older ones are Bristol and Southend and RHA Doncaster , all VCS infested airports !! All have similar facts

I am really trying to find some kind of template how to write it. Totally have no idea how to even start that kind of letter. I also dont want to look like some kind of teenager letter ( I am pretty sure it wont be taken seriously).

Firstly I got problem to whom I need address my compaint, Liverpool area or my local MP? Few years ago I moved to different address which is many miles from airport.

Is it good idea to post complain draft  to MP here?

I have found on forum that I need to draw MP attention to laws which has been enacted

you are totally right. 

On the other hand I have found old response to my appeal which has been declined. And I have just noticed it has massive typo in my surname. It is totally different. Does it even matter? So my first thought is , in fact I didnt received response from them after my first appeal to their kangaroo court. Any thoughts?

It's almost like airports are trying to drive their customers away; Heathrow are just introducing a $5 charge for drop-off & pick-up.

My son went on a trip last month and I was "dad's taxi", but when he said he was going again this month, I said "only if you pay that charge", to which he replied he's going from Gatwick.
