VCS Liverpool Airport - LBC phase - stopping in prohibited zone

Looks good.
I'd remove the one about trespass because no PPC send charges under trespass.
And I'd add here to clarify that the contract you mean is the signage:Is the claim for a contractual breach? If so, what is the date of the agreement? The names of the parties to it and provide to me a copy of that contract (the sign) and contemporaneous (dated) images and/or map showing how many signs were along the roadways on the material date and their position and orientation in relation to the vehicle. I believe that your purported 'no stopping zone' includes insufficient repeater signs and/or that some or all of them are set back from the kerb and fail to face oncoming traffic, thus the alleged contractual terms cannot possibly be read whilst the car is moving. Kindly help me to narrow the issues with the evidence you intend to rely upon regarding the signs, in accordance with the PAP.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Always best to sign letters. If you are going to send by e-mail, you could "digitally sign" it.2

And if you are writing to your MP, include this Trustpilot link about VCS and to forward it to Michael Gove whose baby is now the new code of practice

Why? Can you guarantee they have received it?Doomtrooper said:I will be sending this one through Royal mailPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I have already sent SAR request and used form on DCBL on their website to in regards to debt advice.Hi there,Coincidentally I am in a near identical position to yourself. I've just received an LBC relating to an erroneous parking charge from 2019 at John Lennon Airport. This is all new to me too, but I just wanted to check with you that DCBL are the correct people to contact in order to request your 30 day extension. Did you receive the LBC from DCBL?I received mine from VCS (Vehicle Control Services) themselves and so I've emailed my request directly to them at litigation@vehiclecontrol.co.uk as per their website instruction.Yes, I've also received numerous intimidating demands form their equally odious conterparts (Zenith Collections, DCBL, Debt Recovery Plus) but it looks like now they have taken back over control themselves in order to issue the LBC.Of course, if you've received the LBC from DCBL then all good, you've done the right thing; however, if it is from VCS directly like mine then I think it is best to use the email I've put above. I wouldn't want your case to progress before you can receive the SAR and prepare properlyJust friendly advice from someone equally just trying to navigate the right path
Perhaps the more knowledgable members can shed some more light...
