Vcs letter before claim

Hi new to forum, read loads of info on here but struggling to find the answer I need. 
I have received a letter before claim from vcs chasing a debt from 2017 at John Lennon airport.
I can't remember exactly what I did back in 2017 but got a template from.pepipoo that basically said I'm not stating who the driver was and as your not the landowner can't chase....I do have letter somewhere will ha e to dig out. Didn't hear anything again until this year, debt letters from dcbl then this today.
Any help who be appreciated or link, thank you in advance.

Then search for VCS AIRPORT and read the other recent exact same threads about VCS LBCs and treat the advice as if it is for you.

No links needed, us searching 'VCS Airport' for you isn't helping you to use the forum in the best way for you, going forward.  You will need to know how to find threads and how to find the NEWBIES thread again from any page, and that's what my signature below explains.

Thank you I  spend a while reading the newbies, I'm not great with IT, I presume I now have to do a SAR.
In not contacted my MP, not had any contact since back in 2017.

I think I might just pay🙈I'm struggling with what to do and don't think I am going to have the time to see this through to the end.😬
I could at the time as I didn't have little ones but know have. 
By doing a SAR all this is doing is giving me an extra 30 days .......is this letter saying they are taking me to court? X

If you pay, according to an MP, it is possible that you will be funding the importation of hard drugs, modern slavery, and people smuggling  Surely it is worth a modicum of effort to fight this.

Those who 'just pay' are funding the rogue operation and paying for the next PCNs; this is an example I would personally never set to my kids.  That's why good people come here and we want to help you.

This is not as difficult as you think.

A forum comprises a list of threads (discussions) and you already know how to hop back to page one with one click because my signature spells that out.   As long as you are not (please say you are not) trying to deal with this and research this issue on a little phone screen.

You could literally read three or four VCS Airport threads in half an hour and gain confidence.

You need to complain to your MP (ask them to copy in the MP who covers the airport if different) about the predatory tactics of this scamming parking company and, in particular, they should ask why a parking company would wait until 2021 before taking action about an event that happened in 2017!  Point your MP to the comments made in parliament about parking companies.
