Oh I'm sorry to hear all this. I understand these toxic relationships myself. I've two sisters and one cut me off because we had a row once....my mother also doesn't speak with me. My father, well he's the reason for all our trauma and our dysfunction. 
I get by speaking to one sister intermittently (she's agrophobic I don't think I've spelled that right) and she barely talks to me. More so now her partner has been sick and they've needed me but not much.

Sometimes it's better to choose your 'family' in the friends you make. You can find some at work, I have some very good friends from old workplaces. Sometimes it's not the right place though. I've found many of my good friends on social media and formed relationships there first and then met up with them (some I've never met but we still support one another!)

Perhaps it's time to look in new places for friends. I hope your weekend is better. Well done for sorting the mortgage out that's one relief I bet.

When my daughter looks for jobs she tends to put the salary expectation into "indeed" and the distance she would consider reasonable to travel, then just a general term, for her it's HR. She declined a role as it was wfh but travel to the office in London for meetings, which would have taken 1 - 1.5 hours each way. 
I would say the difference in salary between AP/AR to accountant is 20-30k.
I must admit the modern job search is much more challenging than when I last worked. I find it odd that people get approached via linked in to do roles. Good luck and fingers crossed that something comes up soon.

Try searching just the word account in case people use different job titles 
Also when I searched I always put my home town and then a distance I’d travel 
Another thought is do you have agencies in your area? They’re normally good for vacancies especially if they’re specialists in certain fields 
You may be able to get something temporary until you secure a full time role 
If I were you I would also think carefully about wanting to wfh; sometimes it’s not the best thing for you x Working in an office can also be a good thing; interacting with others and sometimes leading to sociable occasions
