Someone i assisted recently recently in a non parking case was listed for a CVP hearing but was dyslexic and they found with the advent of video meetings he found it impossible to articulate himself over zoom with work colleagues. So when he got the hearing information from the court, he emailed the court and explained why he needed a face to face hearing and the court then sent a new order out with a new hearing order
I believe the way you can articulate yourself in person is vastly different to that on a video/phone call0 -

Ah, so you don't yet have a hearing date and the Allocation Notice definitely didn't have anything about all parties having to file and serve witness statement/evidence by 14 day before the hearing?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
