Thank you for your support.I was going to post it because they send it via post. Now that you advised otherwise, to email it to them, can I scan the paper copy or download a new one online? Is it same email address where I sent the defence?0

Correct , read the 12 numbered steps in the defence template post by coupon mad
It's not me saying it , it's coupon mad in numbers 8 , 9 & 10 !!
Email to the ccbcaq email address , after downloading the pdf , and filling it in , this is all standard advice , not just by me but by everyone on here and has been for 18 months
Scanning and emailing is also acceptable
Post was pre Pandemic , but current advice is email everything , post is a last resort
They offer the old school options in case people don't have computers or internet access , but post requires people to be in work be opening the mail etc. How does a person who is working from home access the post ? Think about it carefully !! They rely on electronic means , I know this for a fact due to family and friends who have been working from home since covid19 started in march last year !
Email , not post , wherever possible !! Do more research , do not assume
Email a copy of the n180 to the solicitors ( or Claimant if no lawyers are being used ) , as well , so 2 recipients3 -

Many here think that it is a distnct possibility. The SRA get very shirty about financial impropriety. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

I'm sure the SRA and Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal will do the right thing otherwise it will open the doors to other such solicitors
Reading about the prosecution, for those with parking tickets, Gladstones simply cannot be trusted with their claims2 -
Their (Gladstones) accounting both of client money and their own solicitors' practice accounting leaves many unanswered questions - ones I'm sure that HMRC will want answering from both Davies & Hurley - a few questionable shareholding transactions also - involving 7 figure sums (i.e. over £1M)3

Hello guys, I have received a letter of allocation to small claim court and the hearing will be virtual. I was hoping for a physical hearing.Do you think I have a chance with virtual hearing?, what else can I do to get ready?
Thank you.0 -
You read all recently completed court claim cases on here within the last 18 months for a start
Plus you read the telephone hearings thread by coupon mad posted over 18 months ago too
You read that court order carefully and follow it to the letter
You read and follow the 12 numbered steps in the defence template post too , compiled by KeithP3 -
It is certainly possible for you have to a face to face hearing if you have any physical or other disabilities which may impair you on a remote hearing
Someone i assisted recently recently in a non parking case was listed for a CVP hearing but was dyslexic and they found with the advent of video meetings he found it impossible to articulate himself over zoom with work colleagues. So when he got the hearing information from the court, he emailed the court and explained why he needed a face to face hearing and the court then sent a new order out with a new hearing order
I believe the way you can articulate yourself in person is vastly different to that on a video/phone call

what else can I do to get ready?Read the thread by bargepole about the new Code of Practice.
For your WS and evidence. Recent examples of how that looks are by @jrhys or @Nosy
But of course you now need to bring in the extra things in the Govt's new Code of Practice because (whilst it's not retrospective) that gives a huge steer for Judges. You have your WS deadline in your court Order.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
