I hope you mean that you emailed the defence to the ccbcaq email address , not "sent it off" . The latter means posted , not emailed !!Yettym said:Hi guys, I have sent off my Defence today thanks to you guys. Awaiting their response.
If you are expecting a response then you are not following the 12 numbered steps in the defence template post by coupon mad , nor the what happens when post by Bargepole 5 years ago either
You should already know what happens next , by research
You should be checking your inbox folder and spam folder for the email auto receipt from the CCBC , in response to your email
You should also email it to the claimants lawyer , or the claimant if no lawyer firm is being used !
So one email to 2 addresses in the TO address box of your email program , attaching the defence as a pdf attachment , as described in the newbies FAQ sticky thread , or the defence template post by coupon mad
Then you login daily into MCOL to check that the CCBC have logged it and forwarded it to the claimant3 -
Thanks Redx, yes I emailed CCBC and received an acknowledgment email from them. I also called them to confirm they received it which they confirmed they have and continued to say they have emailed it to the claimant and have given them 33days to respond. I have read the 12 numbered post by coupon mad and I have been checking my email regularly to monitor when the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire will arrive.I can’t login to MCOL because I did not use the online service sadly because I lost my password due to the fact that I misplaced the front page which contains the claims particulars.Redx said:

Ok , well you are not interested in the claimants n180 DQ which will arrive by post , not by email , it's irrelevant , you are awaiting an unblemished original paper copy from the CCBC in Northampton !!3

Thanks again Redx , I received the following email from Gladstones not the CCBC , there’s no section for me to fill. Is this normal?Redx said:Ok , well you are not interested in the claimants n180 DQ which will arrive by post , not by email , it's irrelevant , you are awaiting an unblemished original paper copy from the CCBC in Northampton !!

Yes , it's normal , ignore the DQ from Gladstone's , both of you have to file one and also copy in the other party , it's the DQ from the CCBC in Northampton that you are waiting for
You should be following the numbered steps in the defence template thread by coupon mad , from say 6 onwards , and reading the 5 year old post by member Bargepole about the What happens when stages , with advice on what to do and what not to do
Are you sure you have read them ?? Didn't look like it to me , please study them again 👍👍3 -

Just to emphasise what Redx has already told you...
Item 6 on that list your were following when you filed your Defence was...After filing your Defence, there is more to do.Followed immediately by item 7...Why have you abandoned that list?
Items 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 on that list are also worthy of your attention.4 -
Hi guys, it’s been a while! Just to let you know I have received the N180 Directions questionnaire, will fill it and send it off tomorrow. Thank you for your support.1
