I used this link I found online, it worked ok, i downloaded some statements and the page which said I had £148 in credit. Have tried to sort out new provider myself this afternoon, couldn't get them to accept Avro as my supplier, will try again later on. I cant say I am impressed British Gas are taking on Avro customers, I moved from them to Avro after issues with payments, and refunds from over charging, although I believe you don't have to stay with them and can move straight away, should I not manage to transfer myself I would definitely be moving to another supplier ASAP
