Tesco online deliveries - the good and the bad

The number of out of stock items and substitutions seems to have reduced these days, but the quality of the ‘fresh’ produce certainly hasn’t. The stuff that arrives is rarely up to the standard you’d pick for yourself - despite the spurious claim that pickers always pick the longest dates. We’ve ditched Tesco for a lot of produce for that reason and make an early morning Aldi run for better quality and lower prices.
Tesco really excelled itself with cheese a fortnight past its use by date though!
