Avro Energy concerns

I recently switched to Avro on a fixed tariff due to the upcoming energy price hikes my first official payment was taken by Avro on Monday. I thought fixed tariff customers were protected? I am concerned now as I am in a situation I was hoping to avoid and not sure what will happen next! Should I just wait until I hear…

As you are forced to stay with them for at least 28 days, there isn't really much incentive for the deal to be good.

Unless they make money out of it then there is absolutely no reason that they would agree to it.
