Citizen Advice website - call flexible octopus
It doesn't let me sign up from there though, so how do I get it?
CA website shoes old tariffs that are no longer available. It’s possible you’re looking at one of those. When I checked they were still showing Robin Hood who are long gone.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    in a nutshell

    20.49 for electricity
    4.13 for gas

In a nutshell - exactly what i predicted. Rip off! OCT can jog on

I suggest we all move to another supplier as these prices are a joke. What more of a joke - these are flex tariffs and not fixed so will get even higher

We all need to move ASAP because we are getting charged daily with these ridiculous prices
We get it. You don’t like Octopus.
But the cap has already been explained to you multiple times and you still don’t appear to have taken it on board.
No real need to keep banging on about it though, we heard you the first, second and third times.

Forget the cap - look at the prices they are charging now compared to what is on the market. Why would you stay? What am i missing? Also - why is CA website showing OCT offering cheaper prices then what they are offering us?

    Is this legal?

I dont understand what you mean
There's a deal on the CA website with no way to sign up to it, that's a bit pointless isn't it?
