Check what prices you've signed up for this morning.0 -
We signed up for £139 a month fixed for 2yrs, currently on Bulb for £80 😬 but it was the cheapest we could fine, everywhere else was saying £150+0

I went for sainsburys over Eon next (same tariff) simply because of the Nectar points. Wondering if that was a silly move now as one of the papers has listed them under small providers that may go bust. I assumed that as they are simply a vehicle for Eon that it would be fine.
Someone please reassure me!
I only did a 1 year fix as it was slightly cheaper, hoping that wasn't a dumb move too. Luckily I got in at the weekend before the price rise, we were just switched from PFP to British Gas and although the tariff BG gave us is set at the price cap, it works out £13 a month more on our usage.
We're going from £80 to £130 though and that is going to hurt.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

I wasn't sure if I was able to switch supplier yet as I have been moved from Hub Energy...but low & behold I've just got an email from Eon Next 12.13pm confirming they are now supplying me, how opt the timing, I have 6 months of a decent rate with them & then I presumably end up with a worse deal than if I switch now.
Not entirely sure the best move, apparently I'm £104.20 pm & cheapest fix with them is now £130 instead of £108 on v7/v18, bit gutting to say the least. Sainsburys £119.23 v20 1 year or £123 v19 for 2 years...Hmmm.

for those that think they got in in time to check, the cheaper 2yr fix that has just been pulled was called "2 Year Fix And Reward V18" - that has now changed to V19 (in my area would have added over £400 to the V18 tariff!)0

Phew, I'm on the V18.0

Your contract is with Eon Next so no different than of you went with them direct.
