I have £44 to declare for today’s mr T’s delivery . We are running low on lots of basics due to self isolation so it had to be done but I will be looking forward to returning to L1dl as not only is it cheaper the pack sizes seem to be bigger and last longer.Have £21.50 remaining for the month. Also expecting to have to pay my veg box surprise debt at some point and no idea where that money will come from… next month will probably have to be very lean on grocery spending. Will see if I can cut down the budget by £30-£50.4

Sorry can’t remember who was asking about W8rose vouchers but I’ve just checked and mine are £22 off a £110 spend in store or £120 spend online. I don’t often shop there but might be tempted for a Christmas stock up as have family visiting (and this particular family member eats a lot!!)
finally had to surrender my veg box debt, going to pay up an eye watering £240 next month so that’s going to be a challenge around other commitments I’d planned (saving for a new kitchen and paying off a credit card debt). Annoying!3 -
Hi
Yesterday 18 Oct I spent at Mr T's £48.29 which makes my total spends £62.79/£85.00

Some spends to add to my monthly total ....
M&S £6.40 - had a late finish from work so bought 2 x ready meals instead of a takeaway.Lidl £119.27 - was shocked by the cost but it included wine, shampoo and conditioner, 2 large blocks of cheese, plenty of nuts and plenty of store cupboard top ups.
total spend is now £256.22. Balance £63.783 -
We are on our last few quid of the budget this week, I think my OH claims he’s spent some of his own spends on food but he can’t recall so I’ve told him he will have to lump it! 🤣
We will need milk tomorrow to last until Friday and then again on Friday however I changed a magic bag last night (which my local coops just started doing - hurray!) which included chicken breast, smoked haddock fish cakes and spuds so with what we have left we will be alright!I watched nigella the other night and then yesterday made her old fashioned loaf for home. It’s worked! It’s a great recipe, easy (if not needing a little maintenance) and tastes so good!! So shouldn’t need bread which I’m glad of.Already meal planning for next week once this month is over and trying to justify splitting the pot into bulk and usual again. I did it before but then when the normal pot ran out too early I just took from the bulk pot so need to find a better technique. Any ideas?Follow here for the daily life of an ADHD mum with 2 children and a new mortgage to pay

I was running late this afternoon so instead of making some bread as I'd planned I popped across to the Mr T on the corner and spent £3 on a sliced loaf, coconut milk and 2 x evaporated milk.
My new total is £62.27 and my average daily spend is £3.27.4 -
Hi everyone
My 4 weeks has come to an end and I spent £55.57/£60, so not much left over but I'm going to buy some coffee with it to put into stores. So from tomorrow I'm starting afresh with £60 for next four weeks. No money has been spent today.

I was reading these posts and thinking if it was just me, I too could really tighten my belt and live on just what I’ve got in now. But DH and DS absolutely wouldn’t go along with it. Would moan at lack of fresh bread, juice, cream for coffee etc. Would moan about freezer surprise for dinner every night… am I being unrealistic. Unreasonable?!4
