Changed to this, is that ok?Coupon-mad said:Yep but the BPA CoP version x from the right year must also be an exhibit.BPA Approved Operator Code of Practice- Version 6, October 2015 This version will be referred to in relation to any issues of non-compliance taking place up to but not including 2nd January 2018:Exhibit 18.2 -
Entrance signs play an important part in establishing a parking contract and deterring trespassers. Therefore, as well as the signs you must have telling drivers about the terms and conditions for parking, you must also have a standard form of entrance sign at the entrance to the parking area. Entrance signs must tell drivers that the car park is managed and that there are terms and conditions they must be aware of. Entrance signs must follow some minimum general principles and be in a standard format. The size of the sign must take into account the expected speed of vehicles approaching the car park, and it is recommended that you follow Department forTransport guidance on this.0 -
Yes but it still has to be provided as an exhibit.
And remove '2012'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No. An exhibit, like you see in all the examples. A document as an attachment.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok so basically just put that paragraph in a word document and save as exhibit 1 for example then attach it. Should I do the same with every picture as well? Just name them exhibit 2,3,4 etc.Coupon-mad said:No. An exhibit, like you see in all the examples. A document as an attachment.0 -
No.
The actual (2015-18 version) BPA Code of Practice as an exhibit, otherwise you could have made it up! Exhibits are evidence. You typing something into a word doc is not evidence.Should I do the same with every picture as well? Just name them exhibit 2,3,4 etc.Yes. With your initials then a number.
Like you see in every example we've pointed you to. And Excel v Wilkinson, as you have seen.
Your WS then refers to your exhibits by number, and tells the Judge about what they show.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Update: I have just spent a couple of hours finalizing my ws bundle and I am hoping it is nearly there. I am unsure if I can try to claim costs for the hours I have spent having to research and do the defence and WS? I have left this part as ??? currently.

That link requires access rights, so no-one can look and we wouldn't click on unknown links like that. If you can host it in Dropbox and provide a shared link that anyone can view we can take a look.
Or just copy & paste the WS here (minus the claim number and your personal, PCN and car data) across two replies and show us a list of what you intend to append as exhibits.
Costs are unlikely to be awarded but you can ask for £19 per hour for a few hours, keep it low (the NEWBIES thread already covers this in the section about claiming costs).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Your name and claim number are clearly visible on that WS. Do you want people (there are some out there) to do nasty things with that info?2
