Spelling error xx-02 "faisl"
Your paragraph 4 talks about what happened in previous years, you need to say that your Notice to Keeper was similarly deficient, especially if you have put this in your defence and of course your witness statement is backing up and supporting what you put in that defence.
Paragraph 5 talks about there "also being no evidence..." but you have not mentioned this before. Paragraph 5 should be "there is no evidence..." and then paragraph 6 can say "there is also no evidence...."
Paragraph 14 could be rewritten to remove all those "clearly" words!2 -
In para 15 you have still left "2012" after BPA CoPIn a previous post you stated:-"I don’t think it was a car park, seems like it was just parked on the side of a road outside a gym/hairdressers/restaurant on the outskirt of a town centre."Is the following therefore relevant?:-"Para 28. It is submitted that, whilst a delay in payment occurred,........."1

I believe I am not liable under the POFA because there is no evidence that the POFA was fullymet on each occasion, it being known that UKPC signs are tiny and not considered sufficient to give'adequate notice' of the parking charge itself. And it being known that UKPC also used defective Notice to Keepers in previous years, that misleadingly talked about a 42 day period that doesn't exist in thePOFA Schedule 4. My notice to keeper was similarly deficient.Paragraph 5/6 edited. Thank you.
Ok, I can remove the 2012 part in that paragraph is that what you mean?1505grandad said:In para 15 you have still left "2012" after BPA CoPIn a previous post you stated:-"I don’t think it was a car park, seems like it was just parked on the side of a road outside a gym/hairdressers/restaurant on the outskirt of a town centre."Is the following therefore relevant?:-"Para 28. BPA Approved Operator Code of Practice- Version 6, October 2015 This version will be referred to in relation to any issues of non-compliance taking place up to but not including 2nd January 2018I will adjust paragraph 28, thanks for pointing that out.0 -
It is very strange - the WS of the link 5 May (wobs2k) seems to be from details of Cp100 case. The address of Cp100 parking event is:-Central House Park Steet, Camberley, GU15 3PE and Street View shows Albert Road car park - which are the photos shown in wobs2k WS.Yet the exhibits under the wobs2k WS do relate to that of the correct case and ppc.Not possible I'm sure but it is as though somehow the WS (but not exhibits) of wobs2k (Plymouth parking event) has been substituted by that of Cp100 (whose post showing the link for the WS that Le_Kirk and I commented on seems to have been deleted).2

I’m not sure how you do that as Dropbox makes me create an account, I’ve hidden the details in the WS now though. That’s why I deleted the previous one I posted.aphex007 said:0 -

1. Create a new email address not associated with your name
2. Create a new Dropbox account using the above, again registered ensuring you don't use any identifiable details
