Your initials and an exhibit number 1, 2, 3, etc.

So your first exhibit is your initials1

Yes, I am telling you that you've missed the usual exhibits everyone uses and I'm showing you where they are.  This is easy.

Start again.

Use one of those examples as your base and obviously change the facts and photos to your own. Might take you an hour, tops.

Not quite enough, no.  That could lose you the case if the Judge doesn't know about Jopson.

Ideally you need the other typical exhibits (seen in the examples) plus you definitely 100% need Jopson v Homeguard:

Read it.  Thus authority supports your case completely, such that a Judge should be persuaded by it.

But don't provide it as a link like I have.

Hi everyone, I would like to update you all on our case. It was yesterday and the case was dismissed by the judge.
It went very quickly, the judge asked if the Claimant was in here, but he wasn’t in, then asked if I want to claimed any other cost because it wasn’t clear in my WS so I said no. So happy at least one is over.

Thank you very much to everyone that helped me. Without you I would be lost totally.
