Yes, absolutely standard.
They will however send a local advocate to act on their behalf.

Thank you for replying. Not great yet, I haven’t started yet. I had hopes that they will offer us to pay less or they will dropped the case like before  with different cases. 

Maybe a silly question, but is it 14 day or 14 working days to fill WS?

I only got 1 paper and it says 14 days. In this letter it also says that I’ll receive more information later. I think I need to contact them as I haven’t received anything else.

Is there any chance that I could ask the court to change the date of the hearing? If yes, what could be a good excuse? (Not receiving all document etc)

No, you can't.

You have received everything anyway.  You have a hearing date and you already knew your deadline.

 I think I need to contact them as I haven’t received anything else.  

No you don't and yes you already have all the info you need.

This is a very easy stage even at Xmas. But fail to prepare and 'prepare to fail' as they say.  So we urge you this weekend:

Copy and adapt the WS bundle examples linked in the NEWBIES thread.  Takes most people an hour while watching TV and they wonder what they were worried about.

Thank you. Should I mention anything with regards to their WS mentioned that I had copy from internet or not mention anything?

It doesn't matter whether you say anything about the claimant mentioning you have done reasonable search of varied sources including the internet to produce a defence. As long as you understand what you have put in your defence, there will not be a problem.
In some cases where the claimant has mentioned a defence obtained from using the internet amongst other sources, the judge has said, "So what?"
