You will get a NoA but can learn all this by re-reading the section under the red heading in the NEWBIES thread that says 'IMPORTANT! KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' and I provide a link to @bargepole spelling out the court process and steps.

I have received from CPM solicitors a copy of their DQ asking for mediation around 3 weeks ago.
I have still not received anything from the court yet. Should I just wait? Why CPM has already sent one?

6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.
Item 7 on that list is...7. Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire and the usual intimidating template letter saying they 'intend to proceed'. Nothing of interest there. Just file it.
Items 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are also worth re-reading.3 -

Does your MCOL Claim History show that the CCBC has sent you a DQ?
If not, you have no need to be concerned.2 -
