Apart from that, this stage is ready to sign and date and email to the CCBC.  Copy in CEL using their legal@ email as given on every CEL Claim thread.
Hi, what do you mean by legal@ to CEL, is the one staring with dataprotectionofficer@ce-service.co.uk? Because I can’t any that start with legal@?
    Try this CEL thread

    Hi all,
I’ve received SAR from CEL and I found out that I’m not register keeper but I’m the hirer. One of the paper that CEL sent me was from my company about my agreement with them. So basically CEL did not have my info from DVLA.
As advised I wrote the defence and admitted that I was register keeper.
Because the defence was already sent I can not change it. Is that ok to leave it?

Leave it and cover that in the WS.

    Hi everyone,
Just wanted to ask quickly, I have just filled DQ form. Can I send it By email to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk or it has to be send by post?

Items 9 and 10 on that list you were following when you filed your Defence have your answer.

Email is fine, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant.

Hello, I’m sorry for late reply but I have not received notification about this message.

I have finally received a letter from court that in February 2023 the trial will take place and it will take place remotely at a Video Hearing.

I don’t know if it’s better to have a video hearing or in person?

It’s a long time but I’m so scared already.

Never mind that. You now have directions there in that Hearing Order, about your deadline for WS and evidence to be filed and served and it might well be soon.

What does it say about that?

What does it say about that (please don't tell us it doesn't, because it does).
It says that each party must deliver to the other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing no later than fourteen days before the hearing. The documents must contain a calculation of PPI Commissions compensatory interest.
